new developments
Stella points at EVERYTHING now. Back when she was wee, and we'd feed the babies in the middle of the night, I would hold up my pointer finger to hers, in the dark, and after a while, she would touch my finger with hers, ET style. Now she does this to everyone who holds their finger up to her. And she points at things before she puts them in her mouth. Case in point (ha ha):
Here she's pointing out the treats I lined up in a effort to get her to crawl. Maybe I need to use reece's pieces to get this to work? Or maybe I should be committed for trying to make her crawl when it's clearly only going to make my life harder when she does.
And Aaron is finally sitting up in the bumbo chair. His giant head still seems to be weighing him down but he's finally looking happy to sit up with little support.
And here he's saying hi to a seal. Sometimes you need props to get him to eat. Look at those teeth! I just love them.

Yummy
Look, I know he's my kid and all but I swear, he'll be lucky to get into adolescence without me eating him. I kiss those big cheeks all day long and he just pats my face as if to say, "I know mama, I'm adorable".
typical stella
This is the sweet angel we have at about 5 am. She looks just like this.
And this is our delightful child when she's into something she's not supposed to have...namely the speaker cords her dad keeps moving her away from.
And here is stella's alter-ego who we call 'squeaky bear'. As you can see she is in full meltdown. This was taken after mom took away the pad of paper she was trying to eat. She loves all paper. I took her to the grocery store once and she ate my list.

rolling rolling
The babies, especially Stella, love rolling the ball back and forth. Dad just came in from a run hence the stylish socks.

Our other child
I am more than aware that for every picture we take of Aaron, we take five of Stella. She always been a bit ahead of him so unfairly, I've just snapped more pictures of her. Well Mr. Aaron is clearly tired of this second class citizen status and has stepped it up recently. He's just so damn cute!

delicious
They were willing to take pictures in the silly hats but refused to be as fascinated as their mom with the whole 'glazing' process. We even got there when the 'hot' sign was on. Wahoo!!!!

Stella sings the blues
Well maybe it's The Wheels on the Bus? But she is working that feeder like a microphone. Drama Queen.

current dust up
Stella's teeth have finally broken through. Instead of getting just one, two are coming in together on the bottom. She's taken it upon herself to soothe her own gums. Aaron is not flattered.
Hey guys. Nice of you to join...Stella. What are you doing?
Aggh, are you eating my hand?
Mom, make her stop!!
What? I didn't do nothin.
